Definition
A specialized manual technique built on the anatomy of the lymphatic system: light tissue compression aims to reduce swelling by helping lymph move and rerouting it into channels that are not blocked. Chuck Renner is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and in Complete Decongestive Therapy.
